The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. Room was clean and very comfortable. The property is well located just off the Interstate 10 with a Black Bear Diner on the property and lots of “big box” shopping areas within a block. We have a small dog and room 177 was perfectly located close to the dog area and parking. From our experience, this property should be rated higher.

The front desk staff was great. The room had all the things we needed and wanted. The grounds were well kept. The hot tub was relaxing.

Breakfast for us was coffee. The staff was pleasant and cheerful, we've used the same room 3 weekends (purchasing home) and they were able to accommodate us with the same room, for pets and handicap.

Yanna, at the front desk was the best receptionist I have ever had. I have stayed at many, many hotels, and she was far and above the most helpful, friendly, and professional. GIVE HER A RAISE! She is worth it!
